Oakwood Park Equestrian in Oakbank has been my home for over 20 years, as well as the home of Elite Equine Essentials since the beginning, but things change as time goes on and Oakwood Park has been put on the market. It’s a bittersweet time for us, but with it comes other opportunities too.
At this stage, if our plans come to fruition, we will be purchasing a property in Murray Bridge SA where I can continue to run Elite Equine Essentials, as well as being a little closer to my family as well.
So what does this mean for you?
Click & Collect customers:
Until Oakwood Park Equestrian has sold, we’ll be remaining where we are & there will be no limits on times or days when you can collect your orders – although if we know there are inspection days coming up when you place an order, we’ll let you know so you can consider it in your plans.
Once we have moved, we will continue offering a Click & Collect service from our Murray Bridge property – which is great news for our Riverland customers, but I understand may be a bit of a trek for any Adelaide & Hills folk.
We are also seeking expressions of interest from property owners in the Adelaide Hills who would be interested in a similar Click & Collect service operating from their property – if you are interested in working out an arrangement please contact us!
Shipping customers:
There will be no changes to shipping prices or availability during or after the move.
As for timing, there may be some delays in processing orders while we are moving as it will get hectic! If your order will be impacted, we’ll reach out to you to let you know. Once we have moved to Murray Bridge, we also may need to increase our processing time for Courier orders, as we need to take these to an Adelaide Metropolitan town/suburb to be collected.
