- This is a virtual gift card, also known as an e-gift card, and no physical copy will be sent to the recipient.
- This gift card can only be used on elite-equine-essentials.com.au and explicitly cannot be used:
- With other distributors of Belinda’s Natural Animal Therapies products
- On any website other than elite-equine-essentials.com.au
- For in person transactions
- For invoiced transactions, unless the invoice is due to a technical error not allowing the purchase to be made on elite-equine-essentials.com.au
- AfterPay cannot be used as a payment method for the purchase of Gift Cards. Acceptable payment methods are PayPal, Credit or Debit Card and Bank Transfer.
- EquiPoints are not earned on the purchase of Gift Cards
- EquiPoints are not able to be redeemed on Gift Cards
- The recipient of the gift card must be in South Australia or Western Australia, as these are the states we can ship our products to.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift Cards cannot be sold or transferred into another person’s name without explicit permission provided in writing by Elite Equine Essentials
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- If an exception is granted, Elite Equine Essentials reserves the right to charge an admin fee equivalent to the fee charged to us by the provider of the payment method chosen at checkout. See section 3.2.1 of our Refunds Policy for more details on fees that may be applicable to refund exceptions.
- Purchases made with a gift card where the cart total (including shipping and any applicable taxes) exceeds the gift card amount will need to use another payment method (e.g. Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or AfterPay) to settle the balance of the cart.
- Purchases made with a gift card where the cart total (including shipping & any applicable taxes) is less than the gift card amount, then the cart total will be deducted from the gift card amount, and the balance of the gift card can be used for future transactions until the balance reaches zero.
- There is no limit on the number of transactions per gift card so long as there is an active balance.

- Gift cards with amounts other than those stated on this product can be requested.
- Gift cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds.
- The expiry date of gift cards is 3 years and 1 day after purchase. This will be stated on the email that is sent to the recipient.
- Recipients will receive the Gift Card via email as soon as payment as processed.
