From 6pm tonight (20/07/2021) South Australia is going into lockdown for 7 days.
Click and collect:
From 19/07/2021 click and collect orders are postponed until restrictions for general retail ease.
Australia Post:
Orders to be shipped through Australia Post will be shipped during this period, but please allow additional processing time due to the lockdown restrictions.
Sendle & Free Shipping:
Orders to be shipped through Sendle / that are eligible for free shipping will be on hold until the lockdown ends. For orders sent through Sendle we use a local hardware store as a drop off point for courier collection, and they are currently on limited opening hours & are only open for essential supplies. As such we are unable to take parcels there to be collected by the courier.
If you place an order with us during this time, we will contact you via text and/or email to let you know of the current situation.
If you are happy to wait for your order to be shipped when restrictions have eased, we will continue monitoring the situation and ship your parcel as soon as possible.
However, if you would rather seek a refund instead of waiting for restrictions to end, please contact us at [email protected] and we can organise this.
